H & H Wilson v. PED

Our client brought an action against PED for breach of contract and fraud. Essentially, the plaintiff alleged that PED failed to pay it for electrical engineering services performed for the defendant and the defendant had used fraud to induce the plaintiff to do the work with no intent to pay. The amount of the claim was $250,000. The defendant filed a cross-complaint against our client for breach of contract for allegedly failing to provide proper services. The defendant sought $500,000 on its cross-complaint. I obtained a judgment against the defendants for the full $250,000.
