Fletcher v. Dow Chemical Company

Fletcher v. Dow Chemical Company was case that was tried before a jury. Claim for negligence and liability against client for allegedly causing plaintiff to be paralyzed from its alleged chemical product which the plaintiff claimed was defective in design and manufacture.

Co-tried case with Rudolph Schroeter of La Follette, Johnson, Schroeter & De Haas while employed by the firm. The claim amount was for $5,000,000. We obtained a 11 to 1 jury defense verdict after a four week trial.
