Montano v. Feinstein

Our client brought a lawsuit against the defendant for unlawful detainer. The basis of the claim was that the defendant failed to pay rent, failed to pay for utilities, and unduly harassed the plaintiff who was also a tenant on the premises. The defendant claimed that the plaintiff was guilty of retaliation, breach of habitability and quiet enjoyment.

The case was tried and obtained a judgment for possession of the premises, unpaid rent, attorney’s fees and costs of suit.
