Our clients brought a lawsuit against the defendant for blocking an easement she had granted to them pursuant to a written agreement. Defendant brought a cross-complaint against our clients to terminate the easement on the grounds of fraud in the inducement, breach of the easement agreement and for abusing the easement by not properly using it and for failing to repair it. I obtained a verdict for our client to reopen the easement. I obtained a defense verdict for our clients on the cross-complaint. I also recovered for our clients their attorneys fees and court costs in the sum of $25,000.
