Sirkin v. Elliott

Our clients brought a lawsuit against the defendant for blocking an easement she had granted to them pursuant to a written agreement. Defendant brought a cross-complaint against our clients to terminate the easement on the grounds of fraud, breach of the agreement, and for abusing the easement.  I obtained a verdict for our client to reopen the easement.  I obtained a defense verdict for our clients on the cross-complaint too.  I also recovered for our clients their attorneys fees and court costs.
