In Singleton v. Hoag, I had the case ordered into arbitration before the American Arbitration Association. I represented a general partner and his company with claims brought against him by seven plaintiffs, which also included Superior Court Judge Raymond Cardenas. Plaintiffs sued my client for breach of contract, fraud, emotional distress, breach of fiduciary duty, and accounting.
Plaintiffs sought damages against my client in excess of $1,600,000. I obtained a defense verdict for my client’s company.
