Plaintiffs brought a lawsuit against my client for breach of contract and fraud involving a production contract for three concerts to be performed at The Sports Arena. The plaintiffs claimed they sustained $500,000 in damages.

My client cross-complained against plaintiffs for breach of contract, fraud and common counts for money due and owing to our client pursuant to their written contract. I obtained a defense verdict for our client and the plaintiffs took nothing on their complaint.  I also recovered $10,000 in costs against the plaintiffs.
